We are going through this Harassment of UPS Staff now for literally a year and every time again we have a UPS delivery we have a problem, a damage stolen Diamond pendant on the UPS facility,opened packages damaged boxes and merchandise it makes it impossible to run our business proper, UPS does not respond to any of our complains. We don’t believe this will stop this UPS drivers harassment since on several occasions he cursed and slurred anti-Semitic phrases and we are orthodox Jews , we have collected evidence and we will seek further help to prevent loss to our business operation and threat to us personally if UPS can’t resolve this situation internally.
I attached pictures of package delivered “Damaged” we where 3 people in the location at the time and the driver never attempted to ring the bell, we have bell which is answered through our phone system and its available anywhere in the building, even though the package says on a tape
“CAUTION IF SEAL IS BROKEN ,CHECK FOR HIDDEN DAMAGE AND CONCEALED LOSS IN PRESENCE OF CARRIER, NOTE ALL FACTS ON RECEIPT” CARRIER UPS NEVER ATTEMPTED TO RING THE BELL INSTEAD I GOT A PHONE CALL PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED IN BETWEEN THE HOUR AND CARRIER REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY DROPPED PACKAGE IN FRONT OF ENTRY DOOR.
We have a commitment to our customer and we supposed to ship item last week but we couldn’t and we have to use FedEx or USPS since we can not rely on UPS we are in fear of more damage from UPS.
Please help to resolve this situation immediately, we where promised one year on every incident that the main Director of the Tristate area will be in touch with us and work with us but as soon as another damaged package was dropped, we never heard again from UPS office nor did we from any other local management in Tristate area.
