Todays Real Estate market woes continue to be punched in the stomach by unscrulous appraisers not bringing in value on appraisals when a home is sold.
Sellers with much needed equity from the sale of their home are robbed of $10,000, $20,000, $50,000+++ when the appraiser comes out to the house and then appraises the home lower than the sales price.
Appraisers have no incentive to bring in values on the appraisals of homes with the new Home Value Code of Conduct guidelines. They are frowned upon if they bring the value in or higher than the sales price. Even when an appraisal review is made the incentive or cooperation in the change of value is rare.
They are getting paid less which I feel is not right but they are compounding the obstacles for home sellers with barely any equity with surprises of less money after the appraisal is completed.

Sorry you could not respond back to me on the Swinton Appraisal. You are either to busy or to lazy to contact me. I sounds like lazy based upon your shoddy work and criminal act in the fact you are defrauding sellers of their equity.
I am submitting a complaint to the DRE and CAR. I am contacting news stations to give them examples of what is happening in this real estate market with regards to unscrupulous appraisers like yourself.
I had made several phone call attempts to you and Marisa Hartmann for over a week without a response and then you come back with a review appraisal with no change in value. The fact that you misrepresented the sales price in the appraisal, did not attempt to use the additional comparable comparable properties presented in the review, and did not respond back to me with the feedback I provided you in phone messages, I am going to proceed vigorously to show you should not be allowed to provide these inaccurate appraisals.
