Had a leak in ceiling from bathroom to kitchen to basement.
The Company was contacted. The Company came to resident and explain that it will be a five year lein on home. That means couldn't borrow any money without letting the Company know about the loan. Since, the residence wanted her home safe for herself and three children she agreed.
The work was noticeable unsatisfactory months after the completion of work. The Company didn't respond. The residence contacted a lawyer and still nothing for months. The residence contacted the lawyer and the lawyer thought the Company contact the residence. The Company sent a worker and the worker were rude stating you are getting this work for free. Shortly after the residence noticed the bathroom sink was loose from wall. Yesterday, January 22,2009 when the residence son, took a shower water was pull down from the bathroom to the kitchen unto her stove and through the floor to the basement. She called the Company and resident call was returned and the worker stated they cannot come and do the work because I was valour. When was the resident, valour. This is a shame company receiving government money and suppose to help people and do a lousy job. What about Extreme Makeover they do work for free and safe. The resident do not want financial gain but the work done correctly and not just cover up the work so it will give the the disable resident closure and not to think that Companies use government money for their own gain.
