I have a situation whereby an unlicensed (Professional & City of Tracy Business License) company is committing fraud and praying on renters in California. I have documentation showing the company is intentionally trying to get around landlord tenant laws (as stated in their own contract). They say that they are caretakers, but they are rent skimming and charging California Residents rent calling it a fee and demanding 48 hour vacate of leased property. They enter the home whenever they want, one time I was in the bath when they came into the house and tried to break into my bedroom. They just served me with a three day notice to quit, yet this is the only notice I have received. I have been threatened with the police, physical removal, numerous emails with plea's to leave my rental now due to the sale of the home and the new buyer wants me out before she buys, but new owner renting out home. I have two kids and am a single mom. I have talked to numerous attorneys they tell me the people doing this to me are committing crimes. There is more all documented.
