I have received several calls from a "PRIVATE"" NUMBER - Low interest rates

I have received several calls from a "private" number. I usall do not respond to those but I just tried to check on the "no Call"list. The person asked for my credit card numbers and as soon as I asked about the no call list - they hung up. This appearsto be a SCAM!
