On Nov.2010 I was arrested for DUI. My driver License was suspended not for refusal to submit to a field sobriety and the intoxicated which one was not on site. I did not refuse but I ask the Florida state trooper on several occasion why do he think I needed to take a field sobriety. He never gave me a direct answer but that I need to take a field sobriety. The trooper didn't feel he needed to answer me and he arrested me for dui. Florida dmv decided that they would suspend my license for one year with no exemption. I attempted several times to inquire about my license but the Florida dmv gave me the run around to the time ran expired to no avail I have a class a cdl and trying to support my family and I work every day to try to survive the hard times we having but dmv is really making it hard for me from doing my job I do best dmv want me to take classes that I haven't been court ordered for which I think is a sham. The school is run by the state of floria. All I want to know how to get my license back instead of going through the scam of the Florida dmv. And a lot of people that is going through the same situation would like to know as well
