I was told to send 37.00 anual membership fee which will be charged to me every year automatically. Then I received catalog or could order online. I sent an initial payment with first order of shipping as requested. I sent another small fee because for some reason they said the first payment was less than required. All of my checks have been cashed. My first one was cashed in September or October. My order never came. I emailed them on the website 4 times, maybe 5 now. My emails have never been answered and I have finally requested a full refund. I'm not even so sure this place really exists. I could not find it on the BBB website. I just want the product that I ordered or my wasted money back, and for someone to tell what I will get. I have been waiting for several months now.
