Unfair Charges - Internet Access

I live very rural, Hugesnet is the only internet access available to me besides dial up. When I signed up they said nothing about "Tokens". They allow you 250MB of downloading music, watching a news clip, or game playing ect... I am 100% disability. Many days I am unable to leave my house. My main source of communication with family and friends is the Internet. I also do all my household billing on line. Everyday, sometimes 2 times a day I have to pay for tokens or my net access slows down to a stop. I have heard this complaint from many others. It's a big rip off. No matter what happens I will have to continue to use Hughesnet because I do not have a choice. My purpose is hope that you can help me to get them to do away with these "Token" charges and to let others know about these charges that you are not told about when you purchase their 2 year contract.
Please help me.
