Bank Alowed New Business To Be Ripped Off

I was begging to start a new business. I just opened a business account with umb. Got a phone call from my accountant saying i was over drawn. When i haven't even made any withdraws or bought any thing off the account for business. I did purchase a motor but this was before i got my statement from the bank. When i received my bank statement i found there were charges to my account that i never made. When i called to find out what the charges were i called the phone numbers, and found that these are things i never would even pay for,plus i don't even have a computer to order from the internet. So i called my bank to find out if they have a service that would make it so i was notified of any transactions that were not in my name or not a business transaction,they told me that they would not do that , because if they did they would have to do it for everyone. Now i think thats a bunch of bull, i believe that, that should be a service provided to customers who ask for it. Now i am going to have to change all my business info to a another bank. To top it off every transaction that was made i have been told i will be charged $30 per transaction. The bank was also notified in the beginning that i would not be using the internent on this account.
