I saw a 7 day free trial for a teeth whitening system and thought for 6.95 (shipping) I would give it a try. Well I waited and it never came and then I'm balancing my checking account and I notice that I have a 135.90 charge from this UltimaSmile place. I call and complain because I haven't gotten the free trial and now I'm being charged a huge amount and want to cancel. WELL, here comes the best part...I have to wait until I get the 2mos supply that they are sending me and then I have to call back to get the particulars on sending it back. Then they will kindly refund me 84.95 out of my original 135.90. This includes the return shipping and a 35.00 charge for the fact they can't re-use the product and have to throw it away! (I only had 10 days to cancel) So basically I am paying a total of 57.90 and I get nothing!!Read the fine print before you give anyone your credit card #!! Lesson learned: I will never order anything over the internet again!!! I hope this helps other people realize that you can get taken...
