Had apply for TV converter box coupon about 6-8 months ago. Never received any coupons. Called 1-888-dTV-2009 to find out what happen to my coupons and I talk to a representative name Malisa and she said I had already apply for the coupons. I inform her that I never received them. I ask her what can I do about it and she said noting. She also commented that there is no more funding for this program. I ask if there is going to be funding in the future and she said she didn't know. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that the supervisor are out to lunch. This was at 10:10 in the morning. So why are the TV stations wasting time advertiseing the program. After you wait approx 5 minutes you don't get noting accomplish. Big waste of time.
