Now, this is a complaint against TutorVista. I have been using TutorVista service for almost a year for my two children Ryan in grade 7 and Jennifer in grade 3.
I have two accounts for them, they take help for all their homework and learning. They take help for math, science and English. Various customers have various complaints and concerns, but I feel they have been very helpful for my children, since I see a real improvement in Grades and keep me free of worries. Ryan has a friend Frenny who stays in our neibourhood. I guess he had the login id and password of Ryan and he started using the service for a while. I was wondering how my son’s account utilization hours was going up.
One fine day, I see my son’s account was blocked for over usage, and I found out from the Customer care that the user id was blocked for sharing the password with friends and over usage of the account. Now, this was not fare. I have been a customer for a long time now. They blocked the account without my knowledge. They would have at least called us before doing that. I wish they understand professionalism and act my complaint.
It’s not about complaining about TutorVista, we really love the service
