I subscribed Tutor Vista online tutoring for my 7th grader. Overall it was great and my son was able to improve his grade significantly but I have few complaints:
1. Though TutorVista claims unlimited tutoring, they actually have a limit of 60 hrs a month. 60 hrs of tutoring for $100 is not bad but they should not advertise unlimited tutoring.
2. Not all of Tutor Vista's tutors are great. There were few cases (1-2 times) where teachers were not able to answer questions asked.
3. Another complaint is that Tutor Vista has tutors divided into various grades. This creates problems sometimes.
I am still using their service and will keep using but if they can act on these complaints it will be great.
The best feature is that if you are going for vacation, you can turn your tutoring off and they will not charge for this period.
