I have applied for disability since 2004 with S. S. due to a back injury and copd & been denied 4 times, so I employed binder & binder to help me with my case as they say on TV. That was in July 2009! I sent them all my hosp. & Dr. reports concerning my back and copd, and then in Dec 2009 I was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer! I have sent them all the reports and asked them to submit these to the Judge ASAP as I have 2 mos. to 2 yrs. to live., and would like to collect my disability and Medicade, Medicare, ASAP, so I can pay what I owe and enjoy the remainder of my time! It seems they are stalling and the Judge, who you can contact them to find out who he is in Ft Lauderdale, did not get the correct information about the cancer I have! This does not seem important to them as I keep calling them and they keep putting me off. With the little time I have left, you would think someone would care, and I do have a prayer circle on Facebook that means so much to me! Thank you for acc epting my letter! Alan T. Carey
