Dear sir/mam,
I am Syed Shabbeer Hussain, S/o Syed Faiz Hussain, citizen of I Hyderabad, A. P india. This is regarding me, who got admission from Trinity College, London, UK for July 2010 intake. I paid to the college initial fee of 2000-pounds by way of telegraphic transfer., I have attached a copy of the fund transferred receipt and a CAS letter, as a proof. Therefor they took two months to send me a conformation letter (CAS letter) after my several mail and calls to the college management. However they send me a CAS letter with incorrect course of tours and travel which was out of my interest as I'm from a technical background and was only interested for business management for what I have applied for, however the trinity college management promise to change the course after the arrival. As per they advise I applied for a visa, unfortunately my visa was rejected and I was asked by british High Commision to reapply again with the fresh documents and a CAS letter, after my appeal of rejection. I have applied for refund of my tuition fee of 2000£ to trinity college business management several times moreover I had a talk with the chairperson mr. Umang shah who ask me to send my a/c details which I have given him several time, as-usual he promise me for a refund asap, but I never got the refund back from the trinity college as it's almost 6 months over.
Sir I'm from a middle class family background I cannot afford to pay the fee of 2000£ again which come to fourteen hundred thousand indian rupee's for which I requested my parents to give me a chance to study and make my future better, however my parent's hope on me and mortgage the our house for my studies so that I can study and earn for my future and release they mortgage house.
Sir I'm very upset and depressed because of trinity college management. I'm not getting any response from the college and also getting lots of pressure from family and parents which is only giving me a option to end my life. As I'm not able to fulfil my dreams nor my parents or family who are suffering because of me to study in united kingdom. Sir I have lots of expectations and hope with you to help me in this matter to get the fee refund back. I will be very thank full to you always.
