I would like to let people know that this phony company called TriDelta Financial Partners ( are the newest scams artist for the holiday and everyone should beware of them. Not only are they sending phony checks under Chase Manhattan Bank, they also use sponsors like Publisher's Clearing House & Reader Digest. Personal I don't subscribe to either but the sent me a big fat check from Chase Bank. People Beware of quick money.

I to was a victim of this company only I didn't read the letter that was sent I went to the bank National City to have the check verified by the teller, only to be arrested of fraud and accused of making and printing and receiving this check from an source other than thru the mail I was detained for over 24 hours in Jail that Ive never been and had to go to court im being charged with class c felony for forgery of which I never did all because of this company, CONSUMERS BEWARE DO NOT DEPOSIT OR TRY TO CASH THESE CHECKS YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE! I am the president of the REAL TriDelta Financial Partners. We are a VICTIM of this fraud. These criminals stole our company name and logo to commit their crimes. We are a hard working, ethical financial planning firm in Canada that is in no way connected to this vile mail fraud.
