I'm stuck with a personal debate going on in my mind concerning CIGNA Insurance Group disqualifying me and saying I can go back to work despite what my doctors have said or wrote. CIGNA has broken a contract and placed me into a chapter 7 bankruptcy and soon to be on government programs because they want to please Wall Street. It just feels like I and many others are at war with CIGNA and it feels like CIGNA is committing treason against me and my country by forcing us to be placed on government programs while they stealing or borrowing our money for 2 years till my/our lawyers can get me/us all reinstated. Then CIGNA pays for your legal bill and all you get is reinstated (which my friends say I should just be happy about. But it should have never happened to begin with) and I can't sue for damages.
How long do I/we take it? Here is where I start flipping out into "Sticking Thinking" as some call it. Back in the 1800s the "Enlightened Age" they used treason to get rid of Kings. It was an age when reasoning was cause for litigation. It was the thinking which brought us our Bill of Rights. Where's the reasoning that you can't sue for damages brought on by the greed of insurance companies forcing Americans onto government programs at tax payers expense. I know we view treason as another country or person spying on or doing damage to the country and that theres been only 40 cases ever in the USA. But many of us are at war with big greedy companies and it's bring our country down when we get placed on government programs because the greed.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... I'm just venting for now!
But what if; A Class action Law suite was brought on to the insurance companies for charges of treason? Law makers had 30 days to sign on that they will bring about a change within the next 2 years where we can sue the insurance companies for damages instead of just getting reinstated. Any law maker not signing on will also then be charged with treason. Death shall no longer be the ultra punishment but the fines, prison and no longer able to run for public office will remain enforced if convicted of cohering with the enemy.
Mid elections would be a good time to sign law makers on!
