On August 19th, 2011, I dropped my car off at Inner City Automotive (while I left for vacation in California) for repairs that REMAINED incompleted (by them) from April, 2011.
* While the vehicle was in their care, it was thoroughly vandalized.
* They never contacted me to inform me of the damages.
* No one ever apologized for the car being vandalized.
* They would not provide me with anything in writing indicating the damages that occurred while the vehicle was in their care.
* I had to send an investigator from my insurance company to obtain a list of the damages.
* Inner City then tried to obtain the "job" of repairing the damages (from the vandalism that occurred while the car was in their possession) WITHOUT my permission or authorization.
* Inner City Automotive then fraudulently cashed a 3rd party check (from All-State) WITHOUT my endorsement.
* Inner City has NOT paid me for the damages to my vehicle, or the items that were stolen from my vehicle.
