Ford Complaint

Had truck in three times to ford dealer for transmission problems. my trans was suppose to be fixed but its still having problem. now since they can't fix it I was told they will not do anything else its suppose to bang like that. I have a warranty but still won't fix transmission I have to deal with it didn't have this problem when I purhased truck. Ford won't fix my problem and don't care please help me put the truth out about ford
