This place hires people to defraud you and lie to you about your repairs. Juan came to my house and told me that my stairs unit needed to be replaced before he even got in the attic. I told him it was low on free on and that's all I wanted him to do was replace the freon. He told me he would get in trouble if he did not sign up enough people to the "club" which is supposed to benefit the customer annually with tune ups. Anyway, long story short, he tipped the drip pan so that the water would not touch the switch and trip the air off. He charged us 216 and left.
The next morning the ceiling was soaked from his stupid mistake. We called to tell the company and they said we would have to pay the 70 dollars for someone to come out and look at it. They sent Jeff. His shirt said supervisor but when things got ugly and he then claimed that he's not a supervisor.
We ended up paying 400.00 more dollars to repair Juans mistake.
The air went out again. We called. They sent jeff out again he said he had to replace two parts and the cost would be over a thousand dollars.
We told him we wanted a second opinion.
Well in fact, nothing was wrong with the AC unit. It had just frozen up.
It's two weeks later and running fine. This place should be held accountable for it's fraudulent ways. I tell everyone I know not to use them.
