Total Remodeling Complaint

My former company, Total Remodeling of Union , New Jersey is denying me my pension, Granted it's a small amount but still it is money I need right now. I left the company two an a half years ago and was told that my money would be sent to me. It never was. When I recently got a hold of the financial director at Total I was told that it can never be mine. Period. I have tried to contact several groups including the Labor Board (Total completely ignored them)but to no avail. I just want the dollars I put in.

The big problem is I just won;t get it. Let this be a lesson to all of you. Don't invest in your company's pension plan. You may never get a cent of it.
