Brooklyn dmv. Complaint

Corruption at the dmv. I was given a ticket for Having Tinted windows. I went in front of the judge and explained my story that I am allowed to have a tent. Do to my skin cancer condition I am exempt By the dmv.
From the tint laws I showed my proof my permit And he still found me Guilty. This Judge is 84 years old. Who does not know the law Please help me on this story To beat the dmv. And the judge Who can not judge the right way.
