the building has numerous false fire alarms, tenant do not respect their neighbors, constant odors from the garbage bind doors constantly being slammed drugs being sold while the office is open management do not listen to the tenants complaints, maintenance repairs are done on a daily basis, poor tenant selection, welfare parents and their children running the hallways from morning into the late morning hours, the lists goes on and on.
