On 11-05-07 A.M. I called This Tire Kingdom that we Have dealt with for Several years and Asked If they could do a Oil change and tire balance , they said yes so I dropped off my Car ,parked in front of there bldg went in and handed them the keys ,GOT NO Receipt At that point that my car was there as usual,(never do) get receipt Till I pick car up , they said they would call me When done , which they never called to tell me it was done I just went to pick up .
My Partner that followed me to drop off Took me back down to pick up car around 6:00 P.M. and Manager told me My car had never been there And I called police and filed a stolen car report #2007 67603 at this point Tire kingdom Declines to accept That my car was ever There or pay for damage that was done to my car .
My car was found 2 or 3 days later damaged Report #07-313593 Pinellas County and tire kingdom says they did not have my car that day .
On January 23rd 2008 A St Pete Times Reporter interviewed me about this injudice and Printed a store in St Pete times DUDE where is my Car
I feel Tire Kingdom Needs to pay all damages that they allowed to Occur to my car, almost $3000.00 Damage and ignition was never damaged Cause They had the key to drive my car .
I have been interviewed About this by office of attorney General in person and they say there is nothing to pursue .
I would just like to keep anyone else from having this same problem at tire Kingdom and now I know always get a receipt that service shop has my car .
There were 2 guys caught driving my car And the police did not arrest them, let them walk away as I watched, My trunk was full off stolen Tools and Somone had been Trying to Forge my name on My checks Which I left in the car,and had been Calling and receiving calls On my Cell phone whick I left In my car also .
