International Properties & Resorts / Premiere Escrow Complaint

Time Share Scam - Convince you they have a seller for your property

- Chicago Illinois,(International) / Dallas Tx, (Premiere Es)
I received a phone call from Internation Properties stating they had a buyer for my time share I have in Mexico, he described my timeshare exactly how it is and he stated a pharmaceutical company was interested. This person e-mailed me a good faith estimate for my time share which I thought was great. He stated an escrow company would contact me to go over paperwork. Premiere escrow sure enought contacted me and e-mailed me escrow paperwork explaining in detail the amount I would get in about 2 weeks. But then all of a sudden there was a transfer fee the buyer would pay but I had to wire transfer it to Mexico and he stated it's not going to any of us, so it's o. k. because you'll get reimbursed. Then something else came up (taxes) but the buyer would pay that too and I fell for it. I told them I didn't have all the cash so they put in half for me. I lost a total of 4,000 dollars. The closing date came and no deposit went through. I have been calling and calling and they were just giving me the run around. Now they don't even answer. I have all the documents that seem to be legitimate. These people are still up and running with their web address promising to help you sell. I want to make sure we stop them. They seem to be very organized.
