Short Story:I received a product I thought I had declined. Had an extremely difficult time reaching anyone with customer service. Was given false information and a refusal of a refund. When reviewing my credit card bill discovered that 5 othe companies had also charged me piggy-backing off this first company. No products or information ever received.
Long Story:I attempted to purchase a one time trial teeth whitener. Pop-up came on offering a 14 day trial, which I declined. Latter in the day a customer service representative called with the same offer which I refused repeatedly and then had to hang up on him. I received the 14 day trial. When attempting to call and cancel I waited on hold for copious amounts of time only to be transferred to a messaging system from which I never received a return call. Upon finally speaking with someone, I was told my trial would be lengthened to allow me to try the product. When I called to cancel, I was told that I had already been charged and that I could not receive a refund. After speaking to a manager I was told that if I submitted a phone bill showing my calls I could receive a refund. After submitting the phone bill I was told I could not receive a refund. When reviewing this problem with my credit card company I discovered that 5 other companies had also charged my account in association with this first company. What an incredible scam!
