I have been completely deceived by this company for 5 years. I have never used this timeshare yet still pay annual maintenance fees which I was told were non-existent when I bought this timeshare. In addition, I have called numerous times, only to be put on terminal hold, with no one ever getting on the other line. I was also told I would get credits for not utilizing the timeshare every year, yet when I have called to claim my credit, no one ever picks up the phone!!!!
I want to be rid of this costly headache, and am asking for your help in not only exposing this scam artist company, but also to retrieve all monies due me. Any help would be appreciated.
