Living in the apartments of Woodshire in Williamsburg is the worst decision I could of made. They told me at move that their were roaches or damages that I had to worry about, everything was ready for move in. I couldn't back out cause I had already paid the deposit and didn't have enough time to search for another place. There is a big hole in my childrens bathroom roof over the shower that I had put on the list to be fixed but still isn't months later. Roaches rome around like they own the place, the electricity fliickers on and off and sometimes stays off for long periods of time. The appliances in the apartment are ancient and coming apart. There are dents and bulges in the walls from boards trying to come out. They painted over the vents so air is hard to get through. There is mold behind the toilets and in the mirrors. I have to put open boxes in the refridgerator and shake my clothes before putting them on. But with all this they are raising their rent on everyone and can't even fix the problems that are going on in everyones apartment. Is that right? The prices now for this falling apart place is rediculas as it is.... a $1000.00 a month and $110.00 if your late on paying one day. This place needs to be seriously inspected but not by their people and not just the front two complexes because thats just for show. The inspecter need to start from the back up. This place is nasty and unsafe I don't recommend anyone staying there.
