Credit card complaint department
I'm 73yrs old, loosing it.
Some time ago I made purchases at Best Buy and Wall Mart. Both times I used their credit services for my purchases as I was some short. On later dates I had assumed I had paid these bills in full, having even used the telephone to make sure the payments were understood and confirmed the last.
Since then I’ve received continued billings insisting I owe moneys upon interest, late fees, and other charges.
How then do I ever get rid of these Snidely Whiplash tactics my continuously billed owing a bill/bills already paid in full.
Is this legal corporate business?
