this is to inform and let it be known that I have ben going to d&b pharmacy for over ayear no problems and the pharmacist possible owner told me why doesn't your mother come in he has the lowest prices in town it took some time and finally she made the change my mother had a test done due to stomach pains and found out she has an ulcer so he prrscribed carafate a liquid form medicine well the bottledidn't last long and the pharmacist told her that she didn't get all of it to come in and get the rest I did so and another pharmacist pulled a bottle off the top shelf and then said to me we don't have enough david overheard and said yes we do and he pulled another bottle fromthe top shelf they poured the medicine in two bottles I didn't see what the bottles said on them but took it home to my mother and she said I don't think this is right its not the same as the last time she called david at d&b pharmacy and he said you have to shake it really hard she told him she did several times he said that it was the same well my mother had afollow up with her dr. and she took that what was supposed to be carafate he observed and said thats not right he called the david and david said it was right for my mom to bring it in we took it in and he said this is not what I gave you you put something in itgo home get the big the other bottle I gave you we did so this time I went in with my mother and he accused my mother infront of me she told thats not true and why would I do that then he accused me and I said no my mother said that only mre and my sone are at home and my 5 year old daughter who has no access to this and doesn't get into things like that he continued toaccuse us mean whilemy mother took this whatever it eas for a week he said it tasted like benadrill do we have that you put benadrill in this bottle my mother told him again why would I do that I called you as and told you that I thought something was wrong with it and not only that they put the wrong drs name on bottles somethin not right with this sounds he is trying to cover up his mistake I can accept if you make a mistake just say something but to say we put something in there he said he was going to check again to try to determine what it is my mother called because she wanted to know what it was and if it was going to hurt her he said he wasn't sure but taste like benadrill because of there neglagence this could have turned out really bad as my mother takes anumber of meds for different health problems and could have had a reactionsince this we have changed to another pharmacy and he is still accusing us of to me a fraud this really sad because they made a mistake that could have killed or done some harm so far so good no harm known but no apollagy either
