BidRack Complaint

I went on line to see what BidRack was about. They claim to be better then e/bay which is an honest operation. I received via a free spin and received twenty bids. Then I bid on a hand held reader and some other device. My computer locked up and I shut it down. Twenty minutes I went back on to BidRack. When I made a bid the site informed me that my bids where used up and asked if I wanted to purchase bids. Since they charge you for the bids I certainly didn't. Then browsed and discovered they where charging me $99.00. I imediately checked with my card company and sure enough there was a charge of $99 for womens apparell.
