On April 21, 2007 I purchased a 1999 Potiac Grand Prix. Payed Cash in the amount of $6,500. On May 3 2007 the transmission seized. The warranty co. is refusing to honor my warranty because it was a pre- existing problem. That infact the liability reverts back to the dealership. Said dealership is refusing to pay the repairs, get the car fixed or refund the said monies in the amount of$6,500.
