I booked a room at this hotel and had until 6:00 pm to cancel on October 21, 2011. I called at about 10:00am on October 21, 2011 and spoke to the front girl and she said fine and gave me a cancellation #. They went ahead and charged me anyway. When I called and spoke to the manager, he said that was my confirmation # and I never cancelled. I told him to ask the girl that was on that morning because she told me she was the only person there and he said "NO" I would like to know how a Hotel owner can do something so wrong and lie for only $66.00. I called corporate and they told me that he owns the hotel and they can not do anything. I did tell this owner that I will go to the TV with this unfairness and lies and he said "Oh your threatening me"?
