The Lincoln Financial Group Customer Service representatives gave false and inaccurate information during several recorded phone calls while I was seeking information and clarification regarding specific questions. As a result of receiving this inaccurate and false information we have been forced to pay thousands of dollars in additional payments. And these payments are to continue indefinitely. Lincoln continues to refuse to accept any responsibility for what was truly a failure on their part. This is indisputable. As a result there is also the threat of their canceling my 19 year old $100,00 Life policy. Lincoln continues to refuse to provide the evidence that is in their possession. This is evidence that would support our claims. They have chosen to literally play hardball and have made several mistatements in their defense. The State of Florida consumer assistance group has suggested we consider taking legal action as they are not enpowered to assist us based on scope of their responsibilities. Unfortunately, we do not have at this time the financial resources to take such action. I have written several letters to the President and CEO of Lincoln. He has not offered any assistance nor has he showed any interest in releasing the complete factual data that is in their possession. I am an 81 year old veteran and am extremely disappointed in Lincoln's failure to produce the evidence so important to resolve this dispute fairly. We are not seeking charity but justice. We are hopeful with your assistance justice will prevail.
