The Lincoln Financial Group Customer Service representatives gave false and inaccurate information during several recorded phone calls when I was seeking detailed information and clarification on important matters. As a result of this false information and Lincoln's refusal to accept responsibility we have been forced to pay added costs of several thousands of dollars indefinitely. As a result there is also the threat of their cancelling our 19 year old $100,000 policy. Lincoln has refused to produce the evidence that exists in their recorded calls. They have chosen to conceal factual information that would support our claim. They are playing hardball and have chosen to literally overpower us knowing we do not have the resources to proceed with leagal action. The State of Florida's cosumer assistance group has suggested we consider that as an alternative. I have correspondence and other documentation accumulated over 3 years. Letters have been written to the President and CEO and other Lincoln people. They have shown no interest in justice prevailing and the hardships caused by their failure. I am an 81 year old veteran who is extremely disappointed in Lincoln not making the evidence they have in their possession available. We are not seeking charity but justice. We can provide additional details and documentation important in this matter. Also we believe the publice will be interested on the subject of recorded phone calls as most everyone often experiences having calls recorded.
