My son was attending Bishop Ford Central Catholic High Schoolfom 9/06-6/08. He has a learning disability, they advertise the Trinity Program as a way to assist children with individualized education plans. My son was left back in 9th grade. Wanting the best for my son I accepted the school's invitation to have him repeat the grade which after summer school he did sucessfully with a lot of extra tutoring supplied by the parent. In 2008 he was struggling again, he was not receiving help from school when the principal Frank Brancato was approached by the students mother he said the school is not for him he is "at the end of his emotional rope" being a caring mother I took my son to therapy. He was verydepressed and tool four prescription slleping pills. He did not take finals and had to be dent to a psychiatric hospital and receive medication for 2 months. The rate of teen suicide is high. I did not want my son to be a casualty. I did not pay the last quarter tuition due to the fact that he was ot there the whole time. The school instead of negotiating sent the collections to a crooked lawyer who did not serve me properly and got a fake judgment. Although I received a vacate of the judgment through my union lawyer they attached my check. My son is fine and just started college, they don't want him to succeed, I can't pay my bills! Help me to solve this situation. After I took my son out of the school he became one of the 20% of Black males who graduated from high school. They don't want him to graduate from college by taking money that doesn't belong to them. Help me and my son. Don't let this happen to us and others. Stop the Archdiocese from abusing more boys and stop Arpino and Associates from being crooks.
