I saved up 2500.00 to buy a car for me and my children ages 8yrs. and 2 yrs., I looked around for a for a car and everything was a buy here pay here. When I came across Carz Inc. and entered the lot I look around and then I saw the Saturn with a inspection date of 2/11 and on the windsheild it said "seat belt and motor killing" I asked what does motor killing mean The salesmans said "that means the motor that runs the seatbelt is dying I then said "oh OK. I asked about the inspection date, keeping in mind the date of the sale was 03/05/10, he said the car was just inspected 2/10. The stickers was coming off the windshield I asked why are the stickers curled at the ends he replied " the sun makes the stickers do that when the cars sit in the sun all day. I asked how much is the car he said, because no price was on the car he said if you do a buy here pay here you will pay 2400, but if you buy right now you can pay 1800.00 all together 2200.00 with tags title and registration and insurance. I gave him cash and took the car. When I got home which isn't far from carz inc I noticed antifreeze leaking I called them and they said to bring it in I did so. the mechanic said it was just an overflow of antifeeze put in the car. two days later I had to take the car back again because it was overheating and jumping the mechanics kept the car for two days and said the sensor wasn't no good, but we fixed it. when I pcked up the car the I drove it home and parked it, because I live near the city so I walk to school so I really didn't drive the car to much just up about two or three blocks to the market. On Mermorial day me and my kids went out for a family gathering which the distance wasn't far, but more than I drove the car stated jumping and skipping and it stopped in the middle of traffic I was so afraid and hurt at the same time, my children was in that car and me as well the traffic wasn't heavy what scared me was the fact that are lives was put in danger by Carz Inc, because I believe when he said he fixed it. I contacted carz inc. and told the what happened at first he said That's your Problem his exact words. I called again and then out of no where their attitude changed, theysaid bring it in. I tooked the car in at 9:oo am 06/04/10 and never heard back from them until the next day. He called and said your car is ready, I said great the car is ready he said as ready as it is gonna be, I got my two children dressed with confidence that we will be driving back safe. He gave me the key and he said it was the vacum hose that goes to the engine we took care of it I put my kids in the car and drove off as soon as I got around the corner the car cut off and I cried my 8yr old said whats wrong mommy I said our car is not working. I called Carz inc and told them what happened and they said we can't help you.
