Local law enforcement acts innappropriately and the local Ethics Commission even in Sevier officials ignore complaints and regard them "false" and do nothing about changing policies or practices of innappropriate behaviors by local officers. Some have referred to local police as Jesus Christ based on their "immunity" to complaints from the public. Lawsuits are even used against individuals. The TBI overlooks or has been said to throw away concerns about tax dollar waste or issues regarding domestic violence even by local religious groups.
