I chose this company from the Dex Yellow Pages. I called and discussed the problem I was having with my television. He told me it would be a $50.00 minimum to come out and that it would cost $150 to $180 to fix. He came out and took off the back of the TV and cleaned off the circuit board which took him about 20 to 30 minutes. He then went to hy neighbors and fixed their TV for $50. My TV is still having the same problem. I called and asked him to come back out because he had told me he had a 60 day guarantee. He said he wouldn't come back out unless I could pay him more money because it would need parts. I told him I wanted my money refunded and he said no. I said I would report him to the better business bureau and he said "they ain't shit". He then said he couldn't believe I was turning on him.
