Residential E-Mail Complaint

This company got my wife's name either erroneously or fraudulently and has charged us about $15 per month for the past 34 months for services that we never requested and have never used. Their charges have been tacked onto my Verizon telephone bill as third-party provider charges, and I never noticed the charges until a couple of weeks ago. They owe us a refund of $518.78 (for 34 months of charges) but have only offered 6 months. There are over 100 complaints against this company registered with the southern Nevada Better Business Bureau.
