Over a period of two years I had communicated with a man calling himself Calvin E. Nicholson regarding a repair I wanted to make to my daughter's Teddy Ruxpin.
I finally got around to setting up another appointment to send the toy via UPS which I did on August 29, 2011.
I even got an email from him confirming receipt of the toy.
Unfortunately, that is where it all ends.
I have emailed again unsuccessfully to get the toy back but his email does not exist anymore. A visit to his website seems current enough as he references having to clean up after Hurricane Irene and the more recent storms.
He also says he will accept no more repairs after December 11 for this year - in fact he last updated the site on October 5.
I really would like to have my daughter's doll back, repaired or not but this does not seem possible.
I tried to check on his reliability but until just now I saw no complaints posted by other people regarding this man.
All I want is the toy back and if there is anyone who can help I would appreciate it.
