Tate's East Valley Ford and San Tan Ford Complaint

Fraud woman being taken advantage by Ford dealerships here in Arizona.

- Coolidge, Arizona and Gilbert, Arizona
Please, Please help me. My situation has to be exposed. I have been satisfied with my 2000 Ford Windstar until I took it in for service here in Arizona. I encountered a problem with my air conditioner. They gave me a estimate for replacing the box that opens the heat and air. I also requested a diagnostic check. I was informed that the front brakes needed pads and it needed a tune up. The vehicle was running okay to me. However, being that I'm a lay person and couldn't dispute the reported information. Nevertheless, from that point on, I have spent well over $4,000.00 and have not been able to drive my vehicle for an entire week.

Tate's Ford did the tune-up and brake job. The vehicle did not ride smoothly and I brought it it up to their attention. The vehicle would jerk and stay in drive after it was in park. I had the vehicle towed to by AAA and they it was something their mechanic did wrong. They corrected the problem. However, it still has not run properly. I contacted San tan Ford with the problem. They said, it was a problem that had been serviced by Ford. San Tan Ford did a diagnostic check and rendered service needed to be done that I had already paid for it.

I took the vehicle back to San Tan Ford to get a 2nd opinion. They told me the fluid level for the transmission was empty and that might be the problem with the car jerking. I had to pay an additional $300.00. San Tan Ford did a diagnostic check and rendered services needed to be done that I had already paid for with Tate's. I picked the vehicle up and the motor for the window went out the same day and the battery for the car. I had to replace the battery. I took the vehicle in to get the motor fixed for the windows.

They told me that everything was working fine on the vehicle and when I started the vehicle up, it was making a strange sound. I immediately went back to the service area. The service agent came out listened. Took the car to the service area, they said I need to replace the starter. This is absolutely outrageous. How can I have three separate diagnostic checks and something goes completely wrong when I pick up the vehicle. Today, I was absolutely outraged. I paid $272.46 for the window motor and now am being told the started went out while it was sitting in their parking lot? If I want it fixed, it will cost be an additional $300-$400.00. I am being victimized and don't know what to do? Please help put this to an end. There has to be other woman or men being taken in.

Please Please Please call me! Help me! I have the paperwork to disclose this ugly matter. San Tan Ford told me today, I'm just a victim of bad luck. I don't buy it for one minute. How can they take my money for one thing and then something else goes wrong while the vehicle is in their possession.
