Vanguard Brokerage Complaint

Talk to the Hand - Stocks

Contacted Vanguard Brokerage to request sale of stock. Request was acknowledged twice during the conversation, but totally ignored and stock was never sold. Resulted in $8000 loss. Basically Vanguard assummed no responsibility playing a shell game with correspondence. I can't believe the TALK TO THE HAND response!!
