I just received my phone bill from Century Link. At the end of my bill is a page entitled, "This portion of your bill is provided as a service to ILD Teleservices, Inc."
They are charging me a total of $7.72 for some service that we never use, have never used, nor will ever use. We have unlimited local and long distance through Centurylink. So why would we ever call a secondary long distance provider such as they are saying we did. It is on our bill as "Calling 10 15 15 800" They say that we called 702-555-1212 To Dir Assist NV for 1 minute. We never do that. We have free long distance and we also use our cell phones. This is a scam. Centurylink is a party to it. How can they automatically charge you for something that you never use or HAVE NEVER HEARD OF. I looked into it online and was amazed by how many people are being robbed by these people. Somebody needs to put a stop to it. They are taking food from my baby boy. We are hurting financially and every penny matters. This causes less food for my son, less milk in the fridge, less bread in the bread box. 8 Bucks might not matter to some but it is a days food for my son.
