Take Back YOUR Stove! - Bought a stove and they would not service it told me to buy another one and they would replace it ,

I bought a stove from Sears and I aso added the protection plan because it had a computer in it. I had it delivered and we instaled it. a few months later the clock was not functioning and I called the service number to come and fix it. they came and looked at the stove and said that the stove had no serial number on it and it could not be serviced by them. I said it is your stove and I bought the protection plan with the stove and showed him the paper work, he went out to his van and left with out telling anyone. we called back to let them know that not only did he not fix the stove but the whole computer does not work now. the people sent another tech. down to fix it and when he came he did the same thing. this time I called back and complained and the operater said that our plan was canciled, I said oh no it isn't I paid money and I want my stove fixed. They told me to go back to the store and tell them to help me. I did and they got in touch with the corporate office and a genteleman Named Brian Major who assured me that if I went back and bought a different stove he would refund the FULL price of the stove plus 30 % off the New one pluss any sales that where running. I said ok but I need time to find one. I now bought a new stove and Mr. Majors will not answer his Phone and know one will Talk to me. HELP! PLEASE!
