On January 19, I contacted Tmobile customer service for transfer # to new SIM due to Old SIM was damaged. By the time I call in for switching SIM, T-mobile offer me 30 days free trail on 4g network. Before I accept it, I ask them clearly more than 3 times that will I be modify that my trial is going to expire or not. Tmobile told me that they will send message to modify me that my trial will be expire soon, so I accept the trial for only one line of entire my account (5 lines)
As up today, March 29, when open up my bill there is $30 fee for each line (5 lines X 30 = $150). I was shock and contact T-mobile customer service care. They told me that they only can remove my service from my account but couldn't give me credit back to my account for 4g network services. 30 minutes gone and situation go no where so I ask them to talk to manager or supervisor, representative told me there is none of them around right now. I hang up and re-call customer again so this time was little lucky 'cause there is one manager was there. Over hour talking to him to discus about this matter, all I get is upset and still have to paid for my bill. The only thing I'm not understand is manager told me that he would like to here conversation between us back in Jan 19 but He couldn't find record on entire T-Mobile Server.
Is that true that T-Mobile just want to take customer money by anyway they could? Will T-Mobile try anything to cover there fault to pretend them-self that they're always right and accurate. For me, T-mobile was great back in the day but really bad now a day and willing to take any penny if they could. I would rather paid little more money to get better service (of course truth and honest)
Please note:
I only use 12MB entire time I have 4g internet.
