Elliotts Auto Complaint

Sudden Death Equals License To Steal - 2003 F-150 Pick-Up Truck

- P.O Box 36.. Ruther Glen VA 22406
On Dec,22.2010 my sons (31yr old veteran) and his brother (28 yrs) old lost their dad, he was diabetic but was hospitalized with pneumonia. I called him the morning of Dec,6.2010 before 8:00 am. he asked that I contact his oldest sister because he didn't feel well, I told him I would call an ambulance and his sister since they lived in the same town. He had lived with us, but accepted sr. citizen apt. in the area, When my sons and I got to the hospital his youngest sister and her husband drove up with his truck...they had gone to his home and taken his vehicle and left theirs, between the 10th and 17th of December the younger sister contacted elliots auto and the insurance company...when the icu doctors said he would not make it my sons kept asking for the truck keys home keys and wallet but were always brushed off but the sister, After his death I contacted Elliotts car dealer..he told me that one year was owed and he was repossessing the truck. When I expressed my disbelief he informed me that some woman had been calling him (the sister)and had come to the shop about keeping the truck. then he told me that his 'girls' would go over the books and let me know thebn he comes back with : the truck was paid up but now back interest nis owed on the truck to the tune of $3,700. The younger sister then tells us that she is buying the truck for then interest owed...my son (who served in the Navy wikling to give his life for the rights ofn all Americans) was told that he would not be allowed tocontinue to make then $324.24 unless he came ujup with 2 co-signers. when myn son went ton the sisters house elliotts called to inform her that my son was at the office, I have never paid any bill that was due finance charges that were putn on end of the loan. it is my belief that elliotts and the sister stole the property from my sons as she took the tags off vehicle when he was in hospital, took wallet and had access to EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE includiong approx $12,000 and all our furnishings, clothes, grandchildrens books, trikes etc, if there is someone out there that can help us we would appreciate it,,,through it all my sons are grieving they are shocked at the wayn they are being treated and have been treated in a shameful was when they are so vulnerable emotionally.
