Recieved 250+ Loads of dirt, dirt that came from Quantico Base. Delivered by GDC who has a contract with and gets paid by Quantico Base to get ride of the Soil. They in turn work with Custom Cut to find a place to put the Soil.
Well, I was the home owner that wanted her yard filled with soil and Graded, Well the soil was dumped here and not graded properly. So with every Storm some of this Soil runs into the Aquia Greek a Environmentally Protected Area and no one cares.
I have paid Custom Cut $5000.00 for the Job, paid a $5000.00 Bond to the County as well as $2550.00 for permit but of course I had no clue how the yard has to be graded in order for the Soil to stay in place and so have a big mess that no one takes responsibility for. I had several Contractors here to for opinions and been told by all, I have a big mess..... HELP
