The following correspondence states my problem. Will you please HELP.

Dear Governor Corzine:
We have communicated previously; however, one communication was to thank you for your generosity to the NJ Educational Opportunity Fund Program. The other was to convey my best wishes regarding your accident, and wish you speedy recovery from which you did indeed. This time I would like to make you aware that on May 11th my vehicle became disabled on our beautiful GS Parkway. It was approximately 8:35 p.m. in the evening. I first sat for approximately 25mins - 1/2 hour awaiting a State Trooper; however, to no avail. Then I decided to telephone 911, this agency immediately connected me with our state police, I remained on the line for approximately 25 mins. to a 1/2 hour again. When I was connected to the state police the agency immediately placed me on hold, and I waited, and waited and waited, again to no avail. By this time my grandson had arrived. I was disabled at PW marker 740. My grandson called 911 and received an immediate response. Someone was on route to assist me (I was on hold, therefore I disconnected the call) However, to no avail again. I then decided to contact a tow service (myself) independently. After a few tries I was able to contact a service. The dispatcher explained that she just received my distress call from the state trooper at 10:02 p.m and that someone would be here to help me in approximately 10 mins. I waited. When the tow truck arrived, my vehicle was placed on the flat bed and taken to STOHRER'S TOWING. I must say that the tow truck driver was very courteous. However, these people that call themselves the Macy of Auto Repair put me through a great deal of stress and I believe they are taking advantage of me. (Not the manager, STEVE, the owner, John). I want you to know since in their advertisement they state the following: A GARDEN STATE PARKWAY LICENSED GARAGE. Place.
I also sent the following to my favorite television network. I am sending it to you as well.

Too, too, much. I would like for you to investigate this establishment. I would like for you to surprise them with your presence. The owner, John, seems to feel, “tough, tough, cookie!” He is rude and unsympathetic. Can you help me! I just would like to expose him for his indifference.
Can you send me a response as soon as possible? I have not informed John of my intentions; However, I would love for you to expose him to your readers and v viewers.

$850 + tax for fuel pump replacement- filter and screen.
I know that he is ripping me off, however, he has me, because is I tow it to another garage, it will cost me a couple of hundred dollars.
I’m still not in receipt of my vehicle. It has been one delay after another; you know the story, “waiting for parts, etc. Before this issue is over I would have lost 2 days pay and will have to pay the garage close to $1000 for the replacement of a fuel pump.
This has caused me a great deal of trauma. I lost a family member not far from that marker; Elan Bennett, 24 years old.
I am a staunch believer in the State of NJ and our highways.
I am the first to step up and defend our state and highways.
If you can assist me in any way I will be completely appreciative.

PS I have emailed you Governor, faxed you, and sent this correspondence via our US Postal Service.
To date I have not received my vehicle. Today I went to pick it up and one of the brackets that was place, I'm thinking when the fuel pump was replaced, was leaking. Therefore, I was unable to pick up my car. This is so frustrating. I need your help immediately, PLEASE.
