I took my 1992 Chrysler imperial into Steve Rayman Chrysler dodge to get the alarm fixed because it was stopping my car from cranking they claimed they had fixed the problem trusting I thought it was fixed I got my car from Chrysler on a Wednesday my car was fine trusting Chrysler dealership I thought my car was fine I went out of town to visit my daughter on a Saturday when I got ready to come home on Sunday my car wouldn't crank again for the same problem that I thought that they had repaired.
I asked could they assist me with the towing fee they told me it was nothing that they could do for me so I manage to get my car towed back to Chrysler and now my car is screwed up worst than it was when I took the first time they act like they don't care and feel like they have given me very shitty service and feel I feel violated and disrespected.
